Park TLV is an urban renewal project which has formed a catalyst for the future regeneration of its environs in terms of investment, education and culture.

The development zone in its entirety is comprised of two large parks - Ariel Sharon Park and Menachem Begin Park – which together boast a rich ecology including thriving vegetation, green expanses, bicycle trails, a visitor center and various public-use activities.

The Park TLV development is comprised of eight residential buildings, each 12-17-storeys in height and containing 530 apartments in total. The buildings were designed to harmonize with the landscape through adopting eco-materials and maximizing views of the adjacent parks and the Tel Aviv skyline beyond. Today, the Park TLV serves as a crucial Green Link of the Gush Dan, with future plans for the development zone including the construction an amphitheater, promenades, cafes, an archaeological site, heritage trails, and educational centers.

The design concept was inspired by the significant name given to the local neighborhood - the Argazim or ‘boxes’. As such, the building’s non-conventional facades are punctuated by ‘floating boxes’, each adopting a variety of eco-materials the most significant of which is locally-sourced wooden cladding.
