The project is located in the Yad Eliyahu neighborhood of Tel Aviv,
propose a contemporary interpretation of social housing and includes 420
apartments. This area is famous because of the housing estates were built in
the 1950s. The project is part of a process of reconstruction.
La Guardia 35-45 nullifying the old residential neighborhood and proposes contemporary housing in a communal space, which allows meeting of families, young people and adults in a project that consists of a variety of apartments for all types of populations, from large to small spaces and a large area of garden and outdoor space. The ground floor in front of the intensive La Guardia Street will be for commercial use.
The elements chosen for the facade will allows flexibility to stay in moments of community life, feel the city and enjoy natural light and vice versa, stay in shady spaces and privacy.
